*MSA

Seriously Yummy Smothered Chicken

4-6 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Garlic Salt and Season Salt to taste
1 T Olive Oil

1 Package button mushrooms, cut in halves
1 C Shredded cheese
1/2 C Chopped green onions
1/2 C Real bacon bits
1 Bottle BBQ Sauce

Flatten chicken to 1/4 inch thick. Sprinkle w/ seasonings. Brown with olive oil in skillet for 4 minutes. In separate pan, saute mushrooms and bacon. Top cooked chicken with BBQ sauce, mushrooms, bacon, green onions and cheese. Cover and cook until chicken is done and cheese is melted, app. 10 minutes. Serve with Honey Mustard Sauce.


Honey Mustard Sauce

1 C Mayonnaise

1 C Dijon Mustard
1/4 C Honey
1/8 t Cayenne pepper
1/4 C Lime juice
1 t Fresh ground ginger or ginger powder

Mix. Add extra honey or lime for desired flavor.



*This may not look too appetizing, but it's DELISH!*

Cauliflower Brains

1 Head cauliflower, rinsed and leaves peeled off
1/3 C Mayonnaise
2 T Yellow mustard

1 C Shredded cheese
salt and pepper

Place cauliflower in microwave safe dish with lid. Add a few T of water to bottom of dish. Microwave for 5-10 minutes or until cauliflower is cooked and tender. Take out of microwave and drain water out of dish. Mix mayonnaise and mustard, spread all over cauliflower. Sprinkle cheese over the top of the cauliflower. Place back in microwave and cook until melted. For a bubbly brown top broil on low until slightly browned.

Macaroni Grill Bread

1 T Yeast
1 T Sugar
1 C Hot water

Let sit and Rise until top is foamy and bubbly

Mix together and slowly add:

1 1/2-2 1/2 C Flour
2 T Rosemary
1 t Salt

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Let dough rise in bowl until double in size. Roll dough into one large round loaf or two small loaves. (I usually do 2 small loaves.) Bake on baking sheet for 15-20 minutes or until top is golden brown. When out of the oven, pour melted butter on top and sides and sprinkle with kosher salt.
